The flat is being redecorated, but everything is fully functional as I live here.

Fully furnished and fitted with dishwasher, washer-dryer and lots of beautiful plants.
Length of stay: anything from 1 week to 7 weeks (only free till the 29August)
This flat is proudly a LGBTQI+ safe space and whoever stays must contribute to keep it this way (nothing is required of you, literally just don't be a d**k).
Neurodiversity and disability are understood and respected here. Unfortunately the flat it's located at 3rd floor with no lift which can be a barrier for people with reduced mobility.

I work in care fulltime (sometimes from home) and spend my spare time climbing, repotting plants and refurbishing this very flat.
I am looking for a flatmate who is independent and respectful, good communication is important.
Happy to share all things and areas but maintain privacy within personal spaces.
