Beautiful room in Leith shared flat

I am leaving my room in this beautiful flat on Easter Road and looking for someone to replace me starting 1st September 2025. It is a fully furnished 3-bedroom flat with a living room, open kitchen, and access to garden. The location is really nice, 5 mins from Lidl or Tesco, 5 mins from Leith walk. Bus lines 1 and 35 right at our door, which will get you to the city center or to the university directly. As you can see from the pictures, the room has the washing machine in it (behind curtains), but that’s never been an issue of has always worked great with my flatmates as we just use it during the day.

Rent is 650. Internet around 22 pound per person, and other bills range between 30-60 pound - so in total it's usually been around 700 during summer, and a max of 730 during winter.

Me and one other flatmate are sadly leaving our beautiful flat to move elsewhere, so you would be living with Lama (Palestinian woman, PhD in Psychology, working with Palestinians on trauma and memory). Lama is now entering her third year of the PhD. She prefers living with other women, preferably no younger than 28 years old :)
