Living Room - It is nice and big with a ‘U’ shaped comfy sofa, good views of GJS (and all the happenings) and plenty of space to do yoga or have a few pals round. It gets really lovely light !

The flat is in a great location - super easy to get to local pubs, coffee shops, gyms, an array of supermarkets and to the tram / bus routes into (and out of) town. It’s close to the Water of Leith walkway - for a bit of nature.

Utilities (Gas and Electricity are pre-paid) - £40pm (on average - but this fluctuates depending on usage)

Hey - I am Rosie . I pretty much like all the good things in life - cooking, eating, the outdoors, dogs (I don't have one, but I love them), music, travel, pals, art stuff. I feel I'm a pretty relaxed soul, with a chilled but communal approach to life. I work in a community maker space in Leith (so I am out of the flat on weekdays) - I also like adventuring and travel, I am out of the flat on the occasional weekend (so you will have a free gaff sometimes - which is always nice).

I like the odd hang, chat, bit of wine and the occasional dinner with a flatmate. I also (like the best of us) like my own space too.
