we’re two fifth yr medical students looking for a third student (ideally medical/masters/phd) to join us in our flat - purely for council tax purposes

it’s a lovely sized double bedroom, w an en-suite and wardrobe.

the shared spaces are done up very nicely and there is access to secure residential parking, as well as, on street permit parking.

myself and fay (the other medical student) will be going on placement from august, so we’ll be pretty busy, but we’re v chill and sociable.

the flat is in front of ocean terminal, so there’s very good access to the gym, cinema etc. it’s also in front of the tram line, taking you all the way through edinburgh v easily.

deposit is 566, rent is 650 w/o bills which we anticipate would be around 40/50 a month.
