Room available in Leith, previous flatmate moving on to other things so looking for someone interested in long-term accomodation.

Flat located right alongside The Shore of Leith with plenty of public-service access and plenty of local stores for convenience and culture.

I'm a mid-twenties (Male) full-time worker coming off the back of a Masters, having accidentally appeared on German television and being hoodwinked into teaching a writing class, I find myself taking it rather qiiet and easy at home, so you'll have a comfortable time making space for yourself and won't have a problem adding your own touch to the place.

We have a nice and spacious living room for socialising and decorating, features a drinks bar, usually used in film nights and DnD sessions :) a very good internet service as well which i've set up for at least a couple wired connections.

the available room has a window overloaking the Shore so good for setting plants/taking in scenery and flying flags of your choice!

also features a Henry Hoover :)
