Festival Let - Double En-suite room

Hello, I'm Katherine, a single, professional with a love of food, travel and dogs (there is a wee frenchie that comes for the day once a week).

I have a large, bright, double en-suite bedroom available for the duration of the festival in vibrant Leith. The flat has off street, private parking available and there are various transport links within a short walk including the tram and, bus routes direct to the Old Town and West End (7,14,49,10,16, 36).

The flat is situated on the Water of Leith path with a lovely balcony overlooking the river. It's a quiet, residential area but with the Shore and Leith Walk in close proximity. I have been living in Edinburgh for four years and know the area well. If you are new to the city I'll be happy to share recommendations and tips for your time in the city.

There is a large shared living space with kitchen which is fully equipped and you'll have access throughout your stay. I work from home three days a week in the shared space but within a standard 9-5pm working day.

One set of clean bedding will be provided on arrival however, I request that your bring your own towels. No professional cleaning is provided during the stay (it's very expensive with limited availability during the festival).

The room is only available for single, female occupancy and no overnight guests. It is available for the full duration of the festival however earlier access can be arranged if required. It is a short term let only, there will be no option to extend after August.
