Big double room

Hi there,

Since my lovely flatmate has moved back to Spain, I have a big double room available. I am a bit flexible on the move-in date as she has just left but ideally from late August.

The flat is located just off Leith Walk near the Abode cafe bar, which is lovely! Its a big, bright flat with plenty of space. I bought the flat about a year ago and really love how big it feels and the location is great, everything you need is at your doorstep - cafes, bars, shops and Balfour tram stop is only 2 mins walk away.

The room comes with a king-size bed with a Emma mattress that is less than a year old. There is a wardrobe, a small chest of drawers, shoe rack and a couple of chairs that are used as bedside tables. Happy to remove/add anything that is needed except the bed/mattress.

The flat has a large kitchen with a breakfast table, a huge sitting room and a fairly decent size bathroom with a separate toilet. The bath currently doesn't have a bath panel but that will be sorted before the room is let.

A bit about me, I am 34 and from Ireland. I lived in London for a few years but decided to move to Edinburgh last year. I spent some time here about 7 years ago and always knew I would come back at some point. I work for a start-up based in London so I work from home most days but on the odd day, I will base myself from the WeWork on George Street. I travel for work quite a bit so you would most likely have the place to yourself every 6 six weeks or so. When I am in Edinburgh, I am usually out and about at weekends, I often look after a lovely dalmatian at the weekend called Ragú and like to go to the beach or to the Pentlands for some fresh air. Someone who loves dogs too would be great! I enjoy home cooking and I am a pints in the pub kind of gal rather than nightclubs but each to their own.
