Room available in Leith

Hi everyone!

I have a spare room in my flat in the heart of Leith, opposite Aldi and 2 minute walk from the tram and local bars and restaurants. The room comes with your own bathroom, shared living, kitchen and garden patio space.

Bills + Council tax will come to approximately £130-140 in addition.

Looking for an easy going and friendly person to move in - ideally from early October but depends on your situation.

No students or couples please. Looking to find someone with similar hobbies and interests to get on with - so send me a message about yourself.

I also work for David Lloyd’s, so you’d get a free membership too with being part of the household!
