An en-suite double room in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat.
You will generally have full use of the entire flat, as I have a room here but will be moving to London in October for a contract job for 8 months. There's a high potential for me to stay permanently, so I will likely only return for a weekend once every two months.

*The room- is bright and comes with a built-in wardrobe, a king-size double bed, and a mattress that is only 3 months old.

*The living room- includes an extra sofa bed if you ever have friends staying over, a 75-inch TV, and a work desk with a monitor for your use.

*The kitchen- is equipped with a new washing and drying machine, a dishwasher, an electric hob, an oven, and a brand new refrigerator.

*The flat- is located on the 3rd floor, so plenty of sunlight and includes lift and on-site parking.

It's a 3-minute walk to The Shore tram station.
*The neighborhood- offers a selection of cafés, bars, and several Michelin-starred restaurants, with plenty of shops and supermarkets, including Tesco, Sainsbury's, and Lidl, on your doorstep.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone respectful who will take good care of my home while I'm not living here.
I'm happy to arrange viewings anytime, as my August is fairly free.
