I am looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is moving out to her partner. The flat is in the great location at Kirkgate with multiple buses routes and tram.
The room is very spacious with double bed and huge ikea wardrobe.
Shared areas: living room, bathroom, kitchen and dining room.
There are plenty cupboards in the flat as well.
The rent is £700/month and deposit £1400 . Not bills included. Council tax band C.

About me:
I’m Natalia (27/female) and I like active life (gym, climbing, going for walks, camping etc.) as well as chilling at home with watching movies. Recently I am into crystals, incense, meditation and all of the stuff 😁
I am clean, respect my and other’s privacy, introverted but if we click, I’m quite chatty.
It would be great if we could make this apartment like home together where everyone feels safe and happy ☺️ It would be great if you are also on your spiritual path but don’t have to, as long as you are good person, all is good :)
