Hello! My name is Lauren and I am looking for a professional to move into a rented flat at the beginning of September.
I'm looking for someone between 26 - 40 and not attending university.
*the room*
The room that is up for rent is a double room with an en suite. There is a shared living room and free private parking available. The bedroom comes with a built in double wardrobe, two side tables and a desk with chair. The entire flat is fully furnished!
*Bills*
The rent is £600 a month, council tax £100, broadband £20 - 30 and the electricity varies from £30+ in the summer and higher in the winter per month. It is an electric only property.
*location*
The flat is situated right in-between Ocean Terminal and the Shore, so there is a pure gym and loads of pubs, cafes and restaurants near by, along with a doctors and a couple of pharmacies right next to the flat. There are also many buses available which take around 16 - 20 minutes to get into city centre edinburgh from the flat.
*tenant*
I am looking for a non-smoker who takes pride in living in a very clean environment, someone who is calm and is not a party animal… however, must like dogs as I have my friends dogs over to stay occasionally. I am looking for a long term tenant, preferably no less than 12 months. Anyone less than 12 months will not be appropriate I am afraid!
I enjoy socialising and going for a couple of drinks with flat mates, watching films and going on walks. I respect people’s boundaries and I am a calm person to live with.
The property is double glazed, has a shared living room and kitchen.
