Centrally-located ground floor Victorian flat with very close to tram and bus stop with lovely quiet garden.

This is my home which has three bedrooms of which I sleep in one, my daughter stays every Tuesday and on the weekends( so looking for someone that’s quiet that she’ll be comfortable being around) the third bright spacious room at the front of the house opposite the bathroom would be yours. It has plenty of storage and lovely comfortable single bed, central heating, and original Victorian wooden shutters with double glassed windows makes for a cozy good nights sleep!

I’m a very clean and tidy person and would expect the same from anyone else sharing my home.

Short term lets only, maximum 3 months stay. No couples, no smoking.
