Double room to rent in Leith

About the flat:
Good sized double room to rent in a bright and spacious 1st floor flat in Leith. Room has a built in wardrobe, not an en suite but you will mostly have the main bathroom to yourself as I have an en suite. Free parking in a private car park and secure bike shed in the back garden area.

Rent is £650, bills are around £50 per person per month, council tax band D.

What's around:
2-5 minutes walk from tram and bus stops, across the road from Leith links, a corner shop one street over and about 5 supermarkets within 10 minutes walk, 2 pubs within 2 minutes, a 5 minute walk from the shore, and 15 minutes from ocean terminal. Nae bad.

About me:
New grad physio, currently on the job hunt and self-employed editor in the meantime. Have lived in Edinburgh most of my life but only 3 years in Leith, so I'm still exploring :) I like fun days out or in, have loads of hobbies that I like to cycle through (mostly sporty/outdoorsy ones) so if you're up for teaching me something new I'm game! I like plants but not great at keeping them alive so... Would be great if you had green thumbs. Pubs>clubs and love the odd flat party but not a huge drinker. Ideally looking for someone I can become friends with, but I'm respectful of space in the flat and of everyone needing alone time. Big fan of open and honest communication in these matters. I'm quite clean and tidy and would like the same in a flatmate. Open to pets (especially dogs) but not cats, unless you want to live with 24/7 dad sneezes. There will also occasionally be dogs in the flat, so ideally looking for a dog person!
