Leith links 600 P/M 1 Double room in 2 bed flat

Mu current flatmate is moving out to live with her partner next 23 Nov. So, I need a new faltmate. I am 49 year old Spanish living for long time in the UK and working full time. I am clean and tidy especialy the kitchen and I am looking for a flatmate that will be clean and tidy too. It is a double size room, we share the living room, the kitchen and bathroom. It is a quiet home, I meant it is not a party house. But, is good to have a good communication when we see each other. I am most of the time at my room and I respect privacy as I expected it in return. Bills are share and we usually pay around 179 pounds each every month to cover electricity, gas, council tax and internet. So, it is around 600 pounds per month each of us as a total cost of the house. There is an agency, so they will check references and so on. Please, feel free to contact me if this sound good to you.
