King size room w/ south facing window

A good size room with a king size bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

There is a dog in the flat and you'd need to be patient with her and she's a bit anxious but is lovely once she knows you. She kind of owns the living room but she's willing to share it with anyone who's kind and relaxed with her.

Couples are welcome but that will make the bills go up and occupy more space so the price would go up to £850 per month. Both the indicated prices include all bills, council tax, stair cleaning, WiFi etc. If you are a student the price would drop slightly as I would get a small council tax reduction but I'd still need your contribution to it - sorry!
