The room has basic furnishing - double bed, Coat hangers and a built in wardrobe.
The living room is well furnished with a corner sofa, Smart TV, PS5 etc . has an open kitchen with Fridge, Washing machine, Oven etc.
The flat is located in North fort street - 3 mins walk to bus’s tops, and newhaven tram stop. Very close to ocean terminal, 24 hr Asda.
If we get along, You will be sharing the flat with a professional working in a restaurant in the city centre. I also have ADHD. I am interested in video games, Cooking, Gym and Photography. These interests may change at any point - no guarantees.
A guarantor who is an UK citizen is required.
I am a private Live in Landlord. So no additional fees is required.
The rent is £450 and incl bills and CT - £600 paid at the beginning of the month
I am looking to share the flat ideally with a professional.
