Gorgeous one bedroom flat in Leith

Lovely bright, warm, traditional tenement flat with huge bedroom available in Leith/Lochend. Furnished. Second floor (no lift unfortunately) with access to a shared back garden.

Great transport links and close to green spaces and the sea (Leith Links, Lochend Park, walking distance to Arthur's Seat and Portobello Beach).

I'm looking for someone who will take good care of the flat for a fairly short period while it goes on the market. Once a sale has gone through, we can negotiate a move-out date with at least a month's notice.

No deposit required but 4 weeks' rent to be paid in advance. I don't need references or credit checks but would like to chat with anyone interested (video calls best as I'm not local at the moment). Happy to accept well trained pets, though if there's any damage as a result, that would need to be paid for. Professionals, students and those in receipt of benefits welcome. Offering slightly below market rate to account for any inconvenience related to the flat being on the market (there may be some viewings but happy to work around your schedule so it's not too intrusive).
