Double room for short let in leith

I am looking to rent out my room for about 3 months, longer potentially if it goes well. I live on my own with my chocolate brown spaniel so must be fine with wee dogs.

Rent includes all bills and a weekly cleaner.

The flats a decent size, shared living room and bathroom. Kitchen is currently getting renno’d and hopefully done by Jan.

I work from home and office and sometimes in London. I’ll probably also spend a fair amount of time at my boyfriend’s. Happy to hang out and chat as and when but wouldn’t be a full on flatmate 24/7.

I run a lot, pretty sociable but also pretty chill and routine through the week :).

The desk pictured will come out and I’ll add in a wardrobe.
