Room Available- December & January

Large bedroom in two bedroom flat available for short term rental over the holidays and into January. Since I will be away from mid-December to mid-January, I am looking for someone to sublet my room. The room is large, with a full size bed. It has direct access to a balcony. The living room is also spacious with access to a sit/stand desk for anyone needing to work or study. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, cookware including microwave, oven, toaster and American style drip coffee pot. The whole apartment has electric heat and the bathroom has an electric heat shower.

The cost is £275 per week. Ideally, I am looking for someone for the whole of the time I am away, but open to a shorter stay as long as it it greater than 1 week. Exact move in/move out date is flexible.
