Big double room in Leith with garden

I am sadly having to leave this flat for work, and am looking for someone to take on my tenancy from the 4th of January 2025, although sooner will be considered. We are ground floor with the bedroom looking onto a nice garden with seating and a brick bbq. Directly across the road from the leith links and a 2 minute walk from the tram stop, and a 5 minute walk to the shore. Nice clean shared bathroom and shared kitchen/ living room with big windows looking into the leith links. Your flatmate Josh, is 23 and is a personal trainer, into powerlifting, chess and socialising.
