The flat is just off Leith Walk (a 2 minute walk from Balfour Street Tram stop). It’s a two bed flat with one bathroom. The room comes with a chest of drawers, a built in wardrobe and a storage bed (lifts up). There is space for a desk as well.
I am a live in landlord but I want this place to feel like someone’s home - I do not have any rules about having guests to stay or heating usage etc and I am very easy going. I work in the office 4-5 days a week and in my spare time I go to the gym or go out with friends. I’m looking for someone who is easy going and preferable a professional (open to students providing they contribute to council tax).
There is currently a cat living in the property however he will be moving out with my housemate. - alongside the items you see cat related in the flat. I am open to other animals if you have one.
Please note, I am intending on removing the wallpaper in the bedroom shown around February/March.
I am currently in the smaller bedroom (no room for a desk) and so I would be happy to move into the larger bedroom and the rent would then be £650pcm if that is your preference. Move in date would be the 2nd of January (open to it being slightly later).
Wi-Fi is around £15pp, electric is around £50pp depending on usage and council tax is £75pp.
