This is large 3 bedroom house, living room dining room and huge upper floor space that could be office or working or yoga/gym or chill out space.

The two rooms are available one is a supering bed room and the other. double available from now till 1 March. The property has just gone up for sale so there won't be a sale date before then (this could extend past March if not sold)

It's a beautiful spacious house with a direct access garden. I live in an out of of the house as I am full time in my campervan so I am generally not around much to stay over as I work fully remote also. It is in a quiet street with free parking, 2 mins walk to a local shop and 10 mins walk to Tesco supermarket and the Leith Links are 5 mins away.

I love to talk about travel and don't mind the odd glass of wine if you like to socialise, I am friendly and pretty easy going and like to meet new people.
