The flat has just had a new shower room, new kitchen, fully redecorated.

The flat comprises of 2 large double bedrooms, a kitchen and a shower room. There is no seperate lounge.

Flat is on Salamander Street, 1 min walk to the tram line and also 1 min walk to bus stops with buses going to all areas.

The property also has a shared back garden

Each bedroom will have a double bed and wardrobe put in. ( the bedroom with mirrors on the wall will be the room available, it has a bed and wardrobe space.)

Wifi is around £27

There is a small cat in the property already.

I have my own bed and furniture to add to a room so you’re welcome to take the current stuff so help save money. Move in date can be start of January as I know its the Christmas season xx
