Bright room at Leith Links

Hello, I'm looking for a chilled, quiet and respectful housemate to take the room whilst my sister is working in Dundee for the next 6 -12 months.

The flat is 30 seconds away from Leith links and it has an open plan living and kitchen area. It's on the 4th floor and there is a lift. There is a bike store too and communal garden.

Council Tax band D and this amount is included in the bills. Energy is not included and is approx 45 in summer and 100 in winter for the whole flat, this will be divided equally and I will provide monthly bills for energy.

Telephone calls or listening to tiktok/reels on loud speaker is a no no.

I love foraging mushrooms, cycling as well as playing the fiddle and dabbling in jewellery design/embroidery.

Also, I look after my sisters dog, Baboo, for a few days a month. He is a toy sproodle and very cuddly and hypoallergenic.
