Two bedroom flat available in Leith

PLEASE NOTE - we are ideally looking for either a couple (to cover the rent together) or two individuals (who have already buddied up).

My partner and I are going travelling for 6+ months this spring and are looking for someone to rent our flat.

We've lived here for almost 6 years - Leith is a brilliant place to live and the flat is close to the tram, bus links and Leith links whilst the Leith Colonies is also quiet and relaxing.

The flat has two double bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a storage cupboard. We've put in double glazed windows, decorated throughout and also installed a log burner.

The flat would be ideal for a couple who require a home office, or two single people sharing. Our block of flats (and the area in general) is quiet and not an ideal place for students. Both ourselves and our neighbours wouldn't allow loud music and parties in the flat.

The length of our trip is TBC so we are open to discussion about the length of tenancy and rental costs too for the right person.

Furniture - we're not 100% what will be left and what will be going into storage, but again, we can discuss furniture options for the right person.
