Double Room to rent in Leith

Hi! I live in Leith in a two-bed flat by myself and am looking to rent out the second bedroom. I am two streets back from Leith Walk so connections to the centre are brilliant.
There is a Lidl and a Tesco each no more than a five minute walk away.
As I am a full-time student I pay no council tax so that would not have to be an issue for another student moving in. I love going out and about with others and am very chatty and relaxed but also like, and respect others, personal space and time.
It is a quiet and friendly area with lots of walks, cafes, and pubs nearby.
