Double room with own bathroom (not en-suite)

Looking to take a lodger on for my spare double room. The main bathroom would essentially be yours as my room has an en-suite.

The flat is in the Bonnington/Broughton/Leith area and is close to major bus and tram routes.

I work in the city centre 9-5 through the week so I am not in the flat a great deal apart from the weekends.

Looking for someone who is clean, tidy, social and easy to live with.
