Room available in Leith next to Shore

Looking for a new flatmate in Leith, as my current flatmate is moving out.

The flat is very close to the shore, and has easy access to the local shops and amenities. Lidl and Sainsburys both very close.

Bedroom is moderately sized, and theres a shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. Fairly standard flat.

Bills are split for electricity + internet, plus council tax (band D)

I'd like to get in someone that I get on with: I'm not looking to be best friends, but I like having a quiet flat without arguments. This is not a party flat, and I'd like someone who isn't going to be overly noisy.

I'm a 42 yo male, I do games development for a living but I also enjoy dance and circus performance. I consider myself fairly tidy: I'm not a clean freak, but I like communal spaces to be kept in a reasonable state.
