Current flatmate is moving out in the end of this month and I'm looking for a flatmate.
Flat is located close to Ocean Terminal, EH6. Flat is realy lovely, in great condition, has two rooms, two toilets, large, bright living room with kitchen area and big balcony. Total 98 sqm.
Only me and you will be living in the flat. Each of us rent is £625 plus bills and CT. Be aware there is CT band E. Deposit is £650.
I'm looking someone who's respectful and considerate. That is fundamental for me. Also keeping clean and tidy shared space.
I'm quite introverted, so hope for someone who's independent and will be ok with me doing my things, but also hope to enjoy from time to time sharing coffee, dinner, drink, watching movie.
I'm into any art activities, bonfires, enjoy reading, movies, singing, playing guitar from time to time, so that will be something you can handle, or you can sing with me 🙂
