Room to rent in a two bedroom flat on the outskirts of leith.
I currently rent the property and looking for a female to take over the tenancy from my current flatmate.
The room has a double bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The living room and kitchen area will be shared and the property has one bathroom.
The flat is a 20 minute walk from the city centre and just next to bus stops with good routes into town. Also very close walk from various supermarkets.
I currently work from home and do require the tenant to not have a job that also requires home working due to limited spacing.
I am looking for a flatmate who is friendly and sociable but also values their own space as I do too! It is also important to be that we both maintain a tidy living environment.
Guests are welcome. I am in a relationship and do have my partner stay some nights during the week however will keep out of social areas during this time so to not get in others way.
Still waiting on information from letting agency regarding information on a deposit.
