I am looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s tenancy in our modern spacious top floor 2 bed flat with balcony in Bonnington - Leith.
You would be sharing with 1 other professional woman.
It’s a pretty dreamy flat and I love living here so I am hoping to find a new flatmate to take over her tenancy :)!
- The room has a comfy big double bed and built in wardrobe ; there is another spacious storage cupboard in the living room which would be all yours. You also have drawers under the bed.
- There is a large private bathroom with toilet, bath & shower directly across the hall from your room that would also be all yours.
- Top floor
- Lift access
- Spacious kitchen
- Dishwasher
- Spacious living room
- Balcony with table and chairs.
- Located above a corner shop.
- 2 entrances to the Water of Leith walkway on either side of the building
- 10/15 minute walk to Balfour st tram stop.
- 5 minute walk to bus stops.
- Short walk to Leith Walk/ The Shore/ Tesco superstore / Kirkgate shopping centre/Canonmills/ Newhaven Harbour
A little more about me,
My name is Hannah, I’m 31 and I’m originally from Derry, NI. I work full time as a gardener here in Edinburgh.
When I’m not working in gardens I tend to still stay quite active and most days I will go to Yoga/ Pilates classes after work and at the weekend or I’ll head out for a wee explore.
Other than that I do enjoy heading out with friends to the pub for a pint or two at the weekend and going to gigs/ art exhibitions / the occasional pub quiz etc etc. However I must admit I’m not a big drinker anymore as I’ve hit the age where hangovers last for days not hours and Id rather go and do something fun and outdoorsy the next morning to be honest!
- Rent is £700 per month (plus a deposit of £1050)
- Council tax and wifi is £154 per month.
- Gas & electric tends to vary each month but for the past 6 months it’s been between £43 - £69 per month.
** just to note my flatmate will have to give 28 days notice to our agency from the date we find a new tenant so the official move in date will be 28 days from that date. However we can be flexible with moving some of your stuff in earlier than that as my flatmate is going to be moving out in the next couple of weeks .
