A lovely large room with en-suite in Leith (the Shore) to rent from early June to end of July/early August - a large room with a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers - there’s storage cupboards in the hall if required. The room would be ideal for someone looking for a flat over the summer.
The flat itself is spacious, homely and cosy - there’s a living room with a smart tv for all flatmates to use, a kitchen, a small office space and a shared bathroom, all situated right on the Shore with great tram and bus links.
You’d be sharing with Ben and Rachel - both young professionals. Ideally looking for a fellow young professional but open to students etc if happy to contribute to council tax. We respect each others space in the flat but don’t mind people having friends over etc and being sociable. If you’re a party animal this probably isn’t the flat for you.
We are council tax band C and very transparent about what bills will be - they would be divided by you Ben and Rachel, they’re usually about c.£100-120 each month including council tax.
