The flat is small but cosy. Combined living/kitchen space and 1 bathroom. In a peaceful but convenient location close to Leith and just next to the Water of Leith cycle path. 10 mins walk to nearest tram stop and less than 5 mins walk to nearest bus stop to get into town. There is a Tesco Express nearby (8 min walk) and Lidl (12 min walk). Plenty of private parking available.
Pet free, smoke free. Female professional preferred please.

The rent is currently £480 + bills. May be slightly increase by landlord (TBC).

You will be sharing the flat with me, Sophie. I am 27, training to be an architect. Some of my interests are: yoga, swimming, sailing, hiking board games, baking, pub quizzes, crochet, reading, exploring new places in Edinburgh. I occasionally drink and go out. I'm quite relaxed and quiet, but sociable, so would like someone who can match that energy!
As the flat is quite small, it's not suitable for someone who works from home more than 1-2 days a week. I am in the office every day.
