Hi, my name is Imogen, I am trying to find someone to take over an empty bedroom in this Bright, Cosy & well insulated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat, overlooking Pilrig Park.
Rent: £700 pcm bills included

The flat is a modern two bedroom two shower on the 3rd floor, at the North end of Pilrig Park. 5 minute walk to leith walk. It is carpeted the main hallway, living room and bedrooms.

The bedroom has a double bed and a decent sized cupboard/wardrobe. The main bathroom has a combined bath & shower.
I am a working professional, and I am looking for a flatmate who has a similar lifestyle. I enjoy socialising and will sometimes have friends over at weekends, but I also enjoy my own time, and I am respectful of those that also need their own time. I have a partner who typically stays over at the weekends.
In my spare time I work on creative projects, I am a musican, I would love it if you were too! I can be a loud person so may not be a suitable housemate for someone with sound sensitivity. I host the occasional Monday night tabletop RPG session, and others are always welcome to join!

This flat is an aggressively LGBTQIA+ Positive space, I really love the relaxed & cozy vibe I have made here in a few short years and I would want anyone who moves in to feel at home.
