Spacious double room with private bathroom

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take the second room in my loft-style apartment in Leith. The room is a good-sized double and comes with its own private bathroom with a shower. It’s fully furnished with a chest of drawers, desk, built-in wardrobe, and lots of storage space.

It's in the Shore area, which is a fantastic area with lots of great cafes, pubs, and restaurants just a short walk away. We're also just a few minutes' walk from the Shore tram stop, so it's quick and easy to get into town.

The flat has a balcony, which is really lovely in the summer. The living area has a TV, and the kitchen has everything you need, including an espresso machine for coffee lovers.

Bills are all included in the rent – this covers gas, electricity, water, and internet.

You’d be sharing with me – I’m a young professional (31M) who enjoys socialising, working out, bouldering, cycling, going to the pub, techno, and festivals. I like hanging out with my flatmate, but I also enjoy my own time and will always respect your space and privacy. It would be great to live with someone who’s friendly and has similar interests.
