Spacious double room in relaxed flat (with dog)

I'm looking for a respectful, easygoing lodger, preferably female professional (or student willing to pay their share of the council tax).
The flat is located near the Shore, with very good access to buses and the tram.

The available room is a spacious double, with lots of natural light. It comes with a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and space for a desk. You would have almost exclusive use of one bathroom, as I have an ensuite in my room. The room faces the shared back garden.

You will also have access a large living room and recently renovated kitchen, inclusive of dishwasher, oven, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine and washing machine.

You would be sharing with me - I'm sociable and friendly, but enjoy my quiet time and personal space too. In my free time I enjoy going for walks, working out, socialising with my friends, reading or just relaxing watching TV or with a jigsaw. I have a sourdough starter and I make focaccia most weekends ;)
I also have a well-behaved, large dog who is the real master of the house, so love of dogs is a must. He's a bit shy, so he needs space before he warms up to new people.

Move in date is somewhat flexible, but I would like to have someone new by the beginning of October.


Some bills included, i. e. council tax - band E-, broadband, and cleaner once every 2 weeks. The only thing not included is electricity/gas, which I expect to be around £50 pp/m (higher in winter)
