Double Room on The Shore

Hello! I am looking for a flatmate, entry date on the 17th of June (or a bit later if it fits you better, up until the 24th of June). 2 bedroom flat on the Shore (Leith), super near Aldi, tram stop and bus stops with basically all buses that pass through Leith.

You'd enjoy having your own bathroom (with a bath tub), living in a very beautiful, very alive area, some lovely views from the living room window and the sun (subject to scottish weather) hitting there directly all afternoon all throughout the year.

Rent is £675 plus bills. The Council tax is band E, so overall, the flat (including bills: internet, gas+electricity and Council Tax) is around £840pm.

I like crocheting while listening podcasts or blasting music, bingeing shows and movies, reading, cooking, drinking coffee and beer, not talking to anyone in the morning, and taking care of my many many plants (some help/companionship in any of the above activities will be wellcome if you come live here 🤗).
