Cabled internet and WiFi (Vodafone 500mbps), combi-boiler shower and kitchen with dishwasher , I supply things like washing powder, dishwasher tablets and loo roll etc. and pay the gas/ electricity. Parking is unfortunately now controlled by the council so is not free any more but the tram (two minutes walk) is very handy.
