It can only take 15-20 minute walk towards Princes Street (city center), Bus station and Waverley (Train)Station.
House location provides all easy access to 24/7 Local Groceries shops and super markets such as Lidl, Scotmid, Sainsbury's, Tesco on door steps.

This includes a double bed, built in wardrobe and drawers, plus additional wardrobe space, a dresser and side tables and Chair.
Further storage is also available within the building area, along with pleasant private gardens.

House also comes with Health & Safty with Fire safety compliances including (Foam & Powder Fire extinguisher, Fire Blankets, smoke, and carbonmonoxide Alarms with First Aid Kit.
The landlord is pretty chilled and is also flexible with the furniture arrangements if you would like to adjust or re decorate the room by yourself in your own way, to call it Home.

Who we are...
We are two working professionals, one male and one female. (British & Canadian)
Ideally we are looking for another working professional or mature student who is tidy, friendly and easy going.
We like barbecue, socialising, movie nights but also prefer privacy time to time. We are looking someone to call Home rather than House.
