2 Bedrooms in a lovely 3bed house

I’m looking for 2 lovely people to join me in a large 3bed house in Newhaven. If you like the ocean and the waters, this house is in a great location as it is a 15minutes walk from ocean terminal. The house is also close to many running and nature waliking paths. ASDA is 7minutes away and Aldi is a 15minute walk. There’s great transport connections with bus 16, 7, 11 and the tram to princes street.

The house has a cozy living room, big kitchen and toilet downstairs and 3bedrooms, and a shower upstairs. There is shared front yard and private backyard - perfect barbecue and summer parties.

I’m looking for people who are happy to share cleaning rota and keep after themselves, sociable, but also can do their own thing. I work irregular hours and will not be around to socialise often so people who are okay with spend time on their own are welcome. I also enjoy group activity with housemate from time to time.
