Leith sublet before and during Fringe

Hi everyone,

I am subletting my room from the 1st of August until the 21st, with a possible extension until the end of the fringe. The duration is negotiable, though I will prioritize those willing to stay for the entire 3 weeks. I am including council tax, bills, and wifi in the cost.

The flat is in a great part of Leith, very close to a big Tesco, a big Lidl, and a big Aldi, and is in walking distance of the harbor, Leith links, and the water of Leith. There are also innumerable coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants in the neighborhood. There really is no better location in Edinburgh.

The flatmates are the best I've ever lived with. They are relatively quiet and relaxed - they like to drink tea, play music, and congregate in the living room and talk. We often end up sharing meals, and we have a lovely large flat screen tv that we watch esoteric films on. We rarely host large groups of people in the flat, and the room you will stay in is quiet after 10 PM.
