Spacious Room in Two Bed Flat at The Shore, Leith

I am moving out as I have bought a flat, so I am now looking for someone to take over my room. It’s a large, spacious room, with lots of storage and a built-in wardrobe. It comes with a bed and mattress, but all other furniture shown belongs to me and will be taken when I move. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room, which you will share with just one person. The flat is a short walk to The Shore tram stop, and is well connected to a range of buses, shops, cafes and pubs. It is also a very short walk to the Leith Links. The costs are £537.50 for rent, plus bills, WiFi and council tax. In total it’s around £650 a month. The room will probably be available from the 4th August, provided my property purchase isn’t pushed back. I can do viewings from now, so message with a bit about yourself if you’re interested.

I’m looking for a professional (no students, sorry) who wants a quiet place to relax. You’ll be living with Martin, who spends most of his time at work (he is a health and safety manager) or at home playing computer games, so you probably won’t see him that much, but he is always happy to chat when around. He would like a flatmate who is friendly and relaxed, and respectful of eachother’s space. Martin is the best flatmate I have ever had. Honestly, I was hesitant when I moved in with him four years ago as I didn’t know him at all, but I will honestly be sad to leave our flat. He is respectful, considerate and tidy, and very relaxed about how the flat is decorated, so if you want to put your own pictures up in the living room then he’s cool with that. The flat itself is great, you really can’t beat the location, and the space is fantastic for the price. Honestly, this room is a wee gem, and whoever takes it will be very lucky to live here. I certainly have been.
