Fringe Stay – Double Room with Ensuite in Leith

Hi!
We’re renting out our spare ensuite bedroom for the end of August. Our flat is in Leith, right next to the Shore – a great area with loads of restaurants, cafés and bars nearby, and easy transport links into the city centre (10–15 mins to most Fringe venues).

We’ll be living in the flat during your stay and are happy to help if you need anything, but we’ll also respect your privacy and give you space to relax.

THE ROOM:

Spacious double bedroom with private ensuite
Built-in wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers
Fresh towels and bedding provided
Use of shared kitchen and living room
THE AREA:
In the heart of Leith, right next to the Shore
Tram and bus stop just outside – direct links to the city centre, airport, and Fringe venues
2-minute walk to shops, bars, cafés and restaurants
Quieter than the city centre but close enough to reach it easily
ABOUT US:
We’re a married couple who enjoy meeting new people and sharing our home during August. You’ll have full privacy in the room, and we’re happy to offer tips or leave you to do your own thing – whatever works best for you.
AVAILABILITY:
Available from 20th to 31st August
Check-in from 5:30pm onwards on the 20th
Check-in anytime from the 21st onwards

Wi-Fi and all bills are included in the rent.
Council Tax: Included in rent – not payable by the lodger.
