Festival let in Leith

Hi folks, I have a whole flat in Leith to let for the Festival (1-28 August).
This is a 3rd-floor flat in a quietish cobblestone street just near the bottom of Leith Walk. There are buses at the door (35, 36), and it’s also only a few minutes’ walk to the tram now too (Foot of the Walk, 10-15 mins to city), as well as to shops (Lidl, Tesco), and bars and restaurants (The Shore is just down the road).
The flat sleeps four in total, having two bedrooms, either two couples or a couple and two singles (one on sofa-bed in the living-room).
Both bedrooms are pleasant and sunny, with a double-bed in both, and chest of drawers, wardrobe and table in the first, wardrobe in the second.
The rest of the accommodation comprises galley-style kitchen with gas-hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and washing-machine, dining room with dining table and freezer, bathroom with shower and bath, and living room with sofa-bed.
The flat has wi-fi, and all towels and bedding are provided, as well as basic self-catering facilities.
This is an unfussy yet comfortable flat in a convenient, central location with a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere for quiet but easy-going travellers, suitable for families, friends sharing or Festival performers.
