I’m Fraser, 21, originally from near Edinburgh. I’m a graduate apprentice (so technically a student), working in the office quite a bit. Ideally looking for another student so we can skip council tax. I’m clean, easygoing, and friendly.

• The current main tenant is my flatmate who’s moving out at the end of august. tenancy is being transferred to me (I’ll become the main tenant)
• The landlord will write up a new lease for us and assuming no issues, you’ll move in the first week of September
