The flat is located in a lovely residential area, only 10 minutes walking to Leith Walk where you can find a wonderful variety of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and excitingly, the long-awaited tram (!). St. James quarter, Omni Center, Waverley train station and Princess Street are all readily accessible. The flat is located on the third floor and benefits from lift, free parking, concierge service and regular building maintenance.
There is a common gym available for free for residents in the block - please see last photo.
The room is bright, spacious - roughly 22sqm - and fully furnished with a king-sized bed, working desk and chair, wardrobe and cabinets. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, and come with all the day-to-day necessities, including dishwasher, washing machine, and dining table.
About myself, I am a 30 year-old Vietnamese working in finance and living long-term in Edinburgh. The flat will be shared between you and me; I have my own en-suite.
The room is aimed towards non-pet owners and non-smokers only. Long-term tenants (at least 6 months), working professionals and mature students are preferred.
The rent does not include utilities (gas and electricity), which is approximately £50 per month, depending on usage and time of year. Council Tax and broadband are already included in the rent.
