We’re looking for a lodger to join our lovely two bedroom flat in Leith. The room is available now, and we’re open to someone staying long or short term. Chill and homely vibe, ideal for someone looking for a calm and friendly place to live.
The room is furnished with a private bathroom (we have our own ensuite so you’ll have the main bathroom to yourself).
There’s a shared lounge and kitchen. We have a balcony that gets the morning sun.
The flat has a garage for parking and access to a small gym on-site. We’re a 10 min walk to Leith walk for cafes, 15 min walk to the supermarket and 5 min to Pilrig park and buses.
Bills are included (gas, electricity, internet and factor fees).

About us - you’d be living with Ross (32) who’s a whisky researcher from Australia. He loves running, cycling and hiking. And me (30), I’m a researcher in sustainable farming but currently between jobs and working as a dogwalker. I also love running and the outdoors. We’re both quite active and social but appreciate some downtime and a quiet home.
