The available room has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table (see photos for refences) and is available from August 1st so would be looking for someone to sign the tenancy agreement for around that date!
You will be sharing with a 22 and 24 yr old female who work full time in Health and Social care so can work unsociable hours. We love nights out and pub quizzes as well as movie and game nights in the flat. We also love our own space and quiet time so looking for people who could respect that too. We also love hikes, beach days running and shopping trips.
Ideally looking for working professionals or students willing to contribute to council tax who live similar lifestyles / hobbies.
Please note that both parking permits for this flat will be in use so there will not be space for a third car in the flat!
