Cosy, bright 2-bed flat near the Links in Edinburgh. You’d be sharing with me (34, Portuguese, full-time worker) and my friendly 2-year-old dog (American Bulldog x Border Collie), so being a dog person is essential.
Looking for someone easy-going (female preferably), respectful, and happy to share a relaxed, friendly home.
The flat is fully furnished (we added a kitchen table after I moved in), in a great location close to supermarkets, buses, the tram, parks, bars and restaurants. On-street parking available and friendly neighbours.

Rent: £647.50
Council Tax (Band D): approx. £140 split
Energy: approx. £69 split
Internet: £31 split
Agency requirements
You must either
• Earn at least £19,410 per year (30 times your share of rent)
• Or be a student or have lived in the UK for less than 6 months with a UK-based guarantor who earns at least £23,310 (36 times your share)
Move-in date
The move is handled by the agency, so we first need to find a new flatmate and get landlord approval before giving notice. Because of that, the start date will likely be beginning or mid September. However, my current flatmate is happy for someone to move in earlier and pay her directly for those extra days. We’d work out the daily amount together.
