Our spacious two bedroom two bathroom flat is coming available at the end of sept. We have had a lovely couple there for the last two years and they are sadly moving back home!

The flat is about 105sqm. Both bathrooms have a bathtub. The ensuite has two sinks. The shares bathroom in hallway has a shower.

The living room is spacious. Has a work desk built in which is great for home working.

Kitchen has an American fridge freezer and very spacious.

This flat is perfect for couples. However we are open to two friends who want to live together. We do not plan on renting rooms separately and rather rent to two people together.

The flat is in walking distance to the shore tram stop and is very convenient. Also situated near the Leith Links and the water of Leith. Plenty of local grocery stores as well.
